In her bestselling Alpha and Omega series, Patricia Briggs “spins tales of werewolves, coyote shifters, and magic and, my, does she do it well” (USATODAY.com). Now mated werewolves Charles Cornick and Anna Latham face a threat like no other–one that lurks too close to home…

They are the wild and the broken. The werewolves too damaged to live safely among their own kind. For their own good, they have been exiled to the outskirts of Aspen Creek, Montana. Close enough to the Marrok’s pack to have its support; far enough away to not cause any harm.

With their Alpha out of the country, Charles and Anna are on call when an SOS comes in from the fae mate of one such wildling. Heading into the mountainous wilderness, they interrupt the abduction of the wolf–but can’t stop blood from being shed. Now Charles and Anna must use their skills–his as enforcer, hers as peacemaker–to track down the attackers, reopening a painful chapter in the past that springs from the darkest magic of the witchborn…

    • Me too! The new one – Burn Bright – is amazing. I am slowly buying this series on audio. I also have some of the series in print and some in ebook. smh

      • I still need to read Dead Heat. I don’t have this series, but I do have her Mercy Thompson all in eCopy. Love Mercy. The audio for Alpha & Omega blow me away. I actually started with book 3 in audio then went to the beginning and start the series all over again. Would have Dead Heat done, but my library doesn’t have the audio only the CD and I’m never in my car. =/ I liked the male narrator. It was my first time having that experience and he did amazing. I’m also a fan of Briggs Covers. They rock on both series. ^_^

I’ve read both this and the Mercy series. I actually prefer the Alpha and Omega series.

    • They are in the same world but I’d say there are things I like about this series more also. I’ve always felt I know Charles better than Adam. Until recently, Adam was just there but not, if it makes sense. Also this series has more of Bran and I like that. Burn Bright had some Bran shockers for me.

    • I am slowly buying the audio books in this series. I tend to read the eARCs and then buy the audio version.

I love the Alpha & Omega series! Charles is my favorite of Bran’s sons (sorry Samuel)! ?

    • I love Anna and her growth with Charlies. But I have a new appreciation for Asill after Patricia Briggs read a short story about him at Dragoncon last September. It was amazing. I don’t always buy novellas bu I went right onto my phone and bought it.

    • It was one of my top choices to read this year and I planned to read it Jan 1 but it took a couple extra days as I was out of town. I LOVE the cover too. Stop back to the blog for y giveaway on the review of this book on March 1 for a different giveaway.

I have read most of the Alpha and Omega series and I love them. If I win, I’d love to give this to my sister.

    • The more the merrier. If you get her in to the series, then you will have someone to talk to about the books. Of course, we’re here on the blog to talk to you too. 🙂

    • I agree and this book is so good. I read Burn Bright last month and I’m now listening to the audio. My dual review will be March 1.
