I shouldn’t check some of these that are not already on my list.
I’m sure we are missing some great ones too. I mean it’s easy enough to follow existing series but if it is something new from an author or a new author, it’s harder to know ahead of time, even if you follow favorite publishers.
I’ve got three or four of those on my own lists- the Ilona Andrews, Patricia Briggs, Mark Lawrence, and Kelley Armstrong. Need to read Lifelike before I can get to that new Kristoff. There are definitely some good books to anticipate. 🙂
Should be a great year ahead!
Andrews, Briggs and Bishop are all on my list!
I have Wild Country, Circle of the Moon, Holy Sister. and Winter of the Witch now. I’ve only waited to read them until New Year’s Day. So many books I want to read.
Some of these authors have been on my list to try for too long. And I’ve also found some new ones here. I’m always happy when that happens. Great choices!
That is the nice thing about these lists. You can find some new great books to read or look forward to.
Yes even me reading YOUR list!
New Dresden Files ??? Tell me more
I don’t know if we will get it. I read on one of his websites or something he has been working on it this year, up to chapter 32 or 37 or something.
Casey Duncan is on my list too. Along with Patricia Briggs, Anne Bishop, Nalini Singh, Ilona Andrews and I’m sure many more.

It looks like 2019 is going to be another bumper reading year:)).
Yes. I wonder what you will be reading!
Yes to all things Ilona Andrews and Patricia Briggs. The Winter of the Witch was fantastic and I can’t wait to get started on Watcher in the Woods.
You are talking the best of the best, my favorites too.
I agree about needing more than 10 spots, lol. It looks like 2019 is going to have so many great releases coming out. Happy New Year!
I try to cheat by having Robin and my other reviewers do lists so we can have MORE BOOKS. Happy New Year.
OMG… if we get Peace Talks… *drops dead* Did you read the short he posted for Christmas? I LOVED it… but then I wondered if it takes place after Peace Talks? I need to start a relisten ASAP if we get the next book!
IKR?!?! Peace Talks has been on my list for what 3 years. I just finished catching up on the series however. I own every single thing on audio, so I’m certain I will reread sometime. I DID read the short and I do think it seemed like it was after Peace Talks. Will that be the end of the series?!? Anyway, I read somewhere on his page or somewhere that he was 32 chapters into it. So that seems hopeful. I am excited for the next book in the Cinder Spires also. I don’t think that will be this year though.
It’s great that you are looking forward to see what’s coming in 2019! I am a bit behind with that – still got plenty of books that I bought in 2018 but didn’t read yet… Happy reading, and Happy New Year!
Thank you Andrew! I have plenty of 2018 books to read also. But I look at books old and new every time I pick what to read next.
