Series on Saturday: Firefighter Romances ‏@shannonstacey @kimberlykincaid @JoDavisAuthor @jaciburton @bellaandre @marneeblake ‏ ‏‏‏ #Giveaway

This is a new feature I developed where each month we will look at our favorite – the best – series in a genre.

The genre here, by my definition,  is series where a main character(s) is a firefighter.  There are many and these are the ones which came to mind. I tended to prefer ones where there was actual story about the firefighting, not just a romance where it was the character’s job.

Since I haven’t read everything, it’s a subset of the possibilities.  I’m sure I am forgetting some great authors. There are also plenty of authors I have yet to read. Please share your favorites with me in the comments, also.

My favorite firefighter romances series are (in no particular order):

Heat Exchange                                 Skin Deep                                           Trial by Fire
by Shannon Stacey                          by Kimberly Kincaid                           by Jo Davis

Hot to the Touch                                 Wild Heat                              Tempt the Flame
by Jaci Burton                                      by Belle Andre                         by Marnee Blake

What are your favorite series?

All the series are so good but start with Kimberly Kincaid’s, first

On the Rafflecopter, I meant Shannon Stacey…horrible with names!

    • No worries. I have read the entire series by Shannon Stacey and Kimberly Kincaid and like them very well. I’ve read all 3 in the Bella Andre series also. The Jaci Burton series is new and there is just the one book so far. I’ve only read the first book of the Jo Davis and Marnee Blake books but I really liked them.

Lots of great firefighter series. You forgot Hot in Chicago by Kate Meader, Jennifer Bernard has two different ones – San Gabriel & Jupiter Point.

A couple of my favorites are Jennifer Bernard’s two series–Bachelor Firemen of San Gabriel and Jupiter Point. Also love Kimberly Kincaid’s Station Seventeen!

Their brands of storytelling just work really well for me–I love the romance as well as the other aspects of the plotting.

      • I’ve enjoyed both those series. I thought Kimberly Kincaid included a bit more of the actual work of firefighting and the EMS squad attached to them. Plus I love all Kimberly Kincaid books, not just her firefighting ones. 🙂

I don’t have a favorite series but I really enjoyed The Bachelor Fireman of San Gabriel by Jennifer Bernard, Hot In Chicago series by Kate Meader, Boston Fire series by Shannon Stacey and Station 17 by Kimberly Kincaid. Really enjoy those strong firefighter heroes, running into danger when every body else is running away from it. Thank you for the chance to win!

    • Well Shannon’s Boston Fire is definitely a favorite. All 6 of these are firefighter series. I like them all. I’ve completed Shannon’s and Kimberly’s series;t and Bella’s; they are all complete. The others I have not completed reading even if they are complete. Well Jaci Burton just has the one so far.

I LOVE the Station 17 crew because they’re as hot as the fires they fight.

I thought this was a physical book. If it’s an audiobook or digital, & I win, please give it to someone else. Thanks.
