Welcome to Sound Therapy: Healing Frequencies for Body and Mind, an immersive audio experience designed to harmonize your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This carefully curated collection features eight distinctive sound therapy sessions, each meticulously recorded at specific, prescriptive frequencies to maximize their therapeutic impact. An artful convergence of modern science and ancient practice, therapeutic sound waves align with the body's internal frequencies, creating a natural resonance that impacts the brain’s neurochemistry, triggering the release of dopamine and serotonin, which creates feelings of happiness and well-being while reducing stress hormones like cortisol. In short, they can reduce pain, lower anxiety, and increase your sense of happiness.
Sound therapy works best when you’re an active participant in your own self-care. Allow yourself the space and time to truly feel these frequencies, process your emotions, and release any tension or negativity. It's a journey of self-discovery and healing, where you can explore the depths of your inner world in a safe, nurturing environment. Dedicate these moments to connect with your inner healer, acknowledging the power you hold within to influence your own physical and emotional state. Remember, this is more than just passive listening; it's an active process of transformation and healing. Whether you're seeking relief, balance, or simply a moment of peace, let these soundscapes guide you toward a more harmonious state of being.Morning Motivation (963Hz): Revered for stimulating the pineal gland, this frequency enhances mental clarity and promotes a positive energy flow, transforming negative thoughts and balancing emotions essential for facing daily challenges with equanimity.
This is a different kind of post for me. Sound therapy is one of those things I thought was just woo-woo for so many years. But as I get older I like to try new things and this last year, to help deal with stress and life changes I’ve started exploring meditations, breathing exercises and listening to music at certain frequencies to help my overall health.
How many of us have watched a movie or show and know by the music being played how to feel. I get sucked in all the time. Disney and America’s Got Talent are the best at using music to evoke the emotion they want me to have. I admit it I get caught up in the emotions and I probably happy cry watching America’s Got Talent than any other show. But, it got me thinking of how much our bodies rely on sounds or frequencies to know how to feel. So why wouldn’t listening to different frequencies be able you train your brain to be in the type of mood you want or help you feel better in general.
I’m really loving using frequencies in my life to enhance mood, raise my vibrations, sleep better and other various benefits. Audible recently added some sound therapies to their catalog and if you are an Audible plus member you can download them for free. I’ve added a few to my daily routine to try and help balance my moods and hormones. I listen to Motivation (963Hz) every morning now while I’m drinking coffee and putting on makeup doing my morning rituals. I have a speaker and for a little over 21 minutes I try to set my intentions for the day.
963 Hz is supposed to correlate to the crown chakra or pineal glad.  This is a good one to listen to while doing affirmations as well. For me it is the frequency that I find the most relaxing and it helps put me in a good mindset and mood for the day. When my job gets too stressful, I like to take a few minutes and listen to 10 minutes just to reset my overall mood. For myself and my team it has really helped in the last few weeks. The tones, chimes and various chords are pleasant listening overall and I really enjoy the feel of the music.
If you are interested in sound therapy there are 8 different vibrations to try.
Narration:
There is a short introduction to help set up the music and get you ready to listen. The voice only lasts about 45 seconds or so but it gives a few directions about the state you want to be in and some suggestions of how to get there.

I read about sound therapy for the first time just last year so I think that’s neat that Audible has added some of the music therapy to its holdings. I’m glad its helping ease your day, Robin.
I never really believed in Meditation or Sound therapy until just this last year. It really can help with mental heath and managing stress
Very interesting! Auditory processing can have a big impact on our mood.
Totally affects mine for sure.
OOOOOOO!
