I read the first book in the Opposites Attract series , Completely Yours which was 4.5 stars of smart, sexy fun. Of course, I wanted to read more. I was not disappointed.
Maya is so strong, open and with a huge heart. She willingly risks everything to help others, do what is right or get what she wants. She is so brave. Alex is extremely smart and capable, but he has always played it safe. He has a lot happening in his life, can he risk himself enough to change and grow?
I enjoyed these characters and they made me feel, care and cheer for them. They are more than average folks, which hits my reality meter. Some things work out for them a little too easily. But they do have problems like anyone and Forever Mine is fiction. It was interesting to learn more about Alex’s work as a doctor and the medical condition he treats – hemophelia.
I love this series with its smart, caring characters and dialogue. The people are authentic, honest with themselves mostly. And they have an awesome group of friends. I envy that and plan to continue escaping to this awesome world! Next up is Totally His to be released October 31, 2017. I can’t wait!
