This is a new feature I developed where each month we will look at our favorite – the best – series in a genre or topic.
The topic here, by my definition, is a series with characters who are Druids. I tried for series where the Druid is a main character. I found that druids were defined differently by different authors. These are the ones which came to mind. I enjoyed some more than others. They seem to fall mostly into fantasy genres.
Since I haven’t read everything, it’s a subset of the possibilities. I’m sure I am forgetting some great authors. There are also plenty of authors I have yet to read. Please share your favorites with me in the comments, also.

When I hear druid I automatically think of Iron Druid Chronicles! One of these days I’ll get back to it.
It’s a good one. It has druid mythology which I liked learning.
I’ve only read Iron Druid from this list, but I remember picking up one I think was called Junkyard Druid that was a promising first in series. I’ll have to track it down and keep going. Looks like a few good ones to try here.
I read Junkyard Druid by MD Massey and it did not focus enough on the druid aspects for me. It was 3 hearts for me. I liked it. It didn’t fit this criteria for me, as well as some others.
I’ve only read the IDC… So I can’t really help with this one!
I think you’d like the Annette Marie books. They are really fun.
