I can't really remember any time when I wasn't reading. I LOVE books and what they give me. It's an opportunity to learn new things, see new places,live different emotions in a "safe" way. It lets me live in a new world.
I read all types of books but my favorites are urban fantasy and romantic suspense.I like some romance and some action / adventure / mystery in everything.I like sex in my books but please, only between TWO people.Intimate conversation is equally important to the sex in a book.It lets me see the characters.The other thing I enjoy is humor.

These are all gorgeous covers. The one for Fallen really catches my eye with the London Bridge on the cover.

I’ve only read/listen to Storm Cursed, but I’m familiar with most of those covers through your reviews and agree that they are dazzling. Love when covers reflect the tone and genre of the story within.
Storm Cursed is on several lists and deservedly so. The artist Dan is a real talent. Thanks for sharing your favorite covers with us.

Lots of great covers. I’d say my favorite is Storm Cursed. Such a wicked cover. And I like a tough female protagonist.
That cover shows up on multiple people’s lists. The artist is great. He also does the covers for Diana Rowlands White Trash Zombie series. I have one of the Mercy Thompson covers framed and hung in my library.
Those are some great and atmospheric covers!
I like covers with nature elements like trees and flowers but I didn’t choose much of those this year. Sophia Rose chose some really nice ones in that style.
I totally need to read Klaude! What a cover. I see some others here I love and a winter cover grabs me every time!
This whole Top 10 meme has had me paying much more attention to covers and there are some spectacular ones.
These are all great covers! I think that I like the artwork on the Briggs cover the best though.
All the Briggs books in the two series for Mercy and Alpha / Omega have amazing covers.
Nice! I didn’t think to add all the covers in my post. Next year I’ll have to work on my posts a bit more.

Thanks. This is the hardest one for me. I used to skip it since I didn’t originally care about covers at all. I still think the book is by far more important but I am able to find some covers I like.

Storm Cursed showed up on multiple people’s lists. It’s done by a talented artist so I am not surprised.
