Georgina Kincaid has formidable powers. Immortality, seduction, shape-shifting into any human form she desires, walking in heels that would cripple mere mortals -- all child's play to a succubus like her.
Helping to plan her ex-boyfriend's wedding is a different story. Georgina isn't sure which is worse -- that Seth is marrying another woman, or that Georgina has to run all over Seattle trying on bridesmaid dresses. Still, there are distractions. Georgina's roommate, Roman, is cluttering her apartment with sexual tension. Then there's Simone, the new succubus in town, who's intent on corrupting Seth.
But the real danger lies in the mysterious force that's visiting her thoughts, trying to draw her into a dark, otherworldly realm. Sooner or later, Georgina knows she'll be too weak to resist. And when that happens, she'll discover who she can trust, who she can't -- and that Hell is far from the worst place to spend eternity
Georgina is always in trouble. Something is happening because in all her years, she’s never had all the issues of the last one.  I like Georgina and Seth but I don’t. Neither one has been very honest with others and each other. As the Georgina Kincaid series progresses, I have liked Seth less and less.
Georgina keeps running into trouble and getting tortured. And her day-to-day is torturing her enough as she tries to help Maddy with the wedding planning. Then there is Simone doing something sneaky and disruptive, trying to get with Seth.
Like Dante in the previous book, now Roman is being the loyal and kind support for Georgina, hoping for more. It’s an abrupt difference from wanting to murder her and I don’t trust it. I feel badly for him though. His life has been weird in many ways which were not his fault, but his parents birthing him. He risks much to try to help Georgina.
In Succubus Shadows, we learn more about Georgina’s past. We see a bit more personal growth. There is still the mystery about her contract. Carter knows, and probably Jerome, that something is wrong with it. Eric may have figured it out too. The last 20% was a roaring deluge of happenings and then we fall right off the cliff. It was exciting but I am glad I can read Succubus Revealed soon.
Narration:
Elisabeth Rodgers is the voice of this series and I now easily recognize her distinct voices for these characters, especially Georgina. I enjoyed her performance of both males and females.  I was able to listen at my normal 1.5x speed.

I do need to get starting on this series. Glad to see you are enjoying it.
Overall I have really enjoyed the series and it’s easy and fun to read. The main character can be frustrating as she seems sort of immature at times. She grows but it is soooo slow. Still I loved reading this series.
I’m so glad you’re enjoying this series and can read Succubus Revealed soon so you can find out what happens next.
It would have been horrible to have to wait for this one.
I definitely want to read this series. I have the first audiobook ready to go!
They are easy and fun to read although a bit frustrating at times with Georgina being so immature. The ending is satisfying and I never felt bored like I wanted to stop reading.
” I like Georgina and Seth but I don’t.” <– THIS! LOL! You know my feelings on Seth 🙂
This was such a good series and this installment was truly great with that ending. Great review!
Thank you! It’s always better and more fun when we read together and discuss.
