This is a new feature I developed where each month we will look at our favorite – the best – series in a genre or topic.
The topic here, by my definition, is a series with the genre of Fantasy Romance. These are the ones which came to mind. I enjoyed some more than others. The team had to help me find some of these.
Since I haven’t read everything, it’s a subset of the possibilities. I’m sure I am forgetting some great authors. There are also plenty of authors I have yet to read. Please share your favorites with me in the comments, also.

I read all types of books but my favorites are urban fantasy and romantic suspense.I like some romance and some action / adventure / mystery in everything.I like sex in my books but please, only between TWO people.Intimate conversation is equally important to the sex in a book.It lets me see the characters.The other thing I enjoy is humor.

Some of my favs, too (Grace Draven, Amanda Bouchet, Jeffe Kennedy, and Ilona Andrews). I don’t read much fantasy romance, but I like it. I still need to read the C.L. Wilson, Jacqueline Carey, and Elizabeth Vaughan books already on my shelves at some point, too.
yes there are certainly more that I have yet to read.
You know I love the Hidden Legacy series, Anne. Haven’t read the others except for the first book of Kingmaker which wasn’t for me. I should try the other series.
I’ve really enjoyed Grace Draven and the Kerrlyn Sparks series is so fun.
I love Hidden Legacy, but I classify that as Urban Fantasy romance. I LOVE Jeffe’s series! I also love Milla Vane’s Gathering of Dragons series.
Ilona Andrews is a favorite.
I love all things Ilona Andrews so of course, that would be my favorite. I also really liked C.L. Wilson’s books in addition to Amanda Bouchet and Kerrelyn Sparks.
I haven’t read the Wilson books but as I remember Robin has and they are on my tbr.

Not entering the giveaway, as I don’t read a lot of fantasy romance, other than YA sometimes. But I do see a lot of them out there and they seem to be pretty popular. Although, if Jennifer L. Armentrout’s books count, then I guess I do read fantasy romance. 🙂
I think the genre is a bit fluid. so probably yes.

Hidden Legacy is a given, I also really liked the Kingmaker and Fallen Empire and still have the Embraced series on my kindle to read. The other series I can think of that I think falls into this category that is great is GA Aiken’s Scarred Earth Saga. I usually love anything she writes.
I have yet to try GA Aiken but I definitely want to read her.
Yes! Hidden Legacy is one of my favourites. I also loved Amanda Bouchet and Jeffe Kennedy’s series. I can completely get lost in these books.
Some of the books in this genre have the most gorgeous covers too.
