Wow, that was INTENSE!!! Like seriously, even though as a reader I generally have an expectation of my level of anxiety, and I end up convincing myself that things’ll be okay, there were multiple times in this book where I honestly had NO IDEA how Robin and Zylas were going to survive. My poor […]

I originally started The Guild Codex: Warped series out of order of the other books set in this world and I thought they were fun. But I didn’t get the full impact of each story until I started the Read-along with this blog and started over from the very beginning. It has added […]

The Guild Codex urban fantasy world is sizzling with excitement as the overall series welcomes a new main character who challenges the Spellbound sub-series’ Tori Dawson for a compelling lead figure. Kit Morris is an adorable rogue who had a tough row to hoe early on in life and stumbled his way into […]

An exciting and fun start to what looks to be an entertaining urban fantasy series. I was intrigued by Tori right from the start and very curious about where her story was heading. Tori’s first few shifts at the bar served to set up this world of mythics really well. She took to her […]

I chose this series after a poll and discussions with my team and several friends. These are mostly available at both of my libraries in audio formats, and on Hoopla. I realize all libraries and even Hoopla is different at different libraries. The ebooks are in Kindle Unlimited. Some of the other series I […]

I continued with the third book in the Guild Codex Warped. The overall story arc is connected and like most urban fantasy, I would read them in order. This one is somewhere in the middle of the Demonized series and before Spellbound ends also, in the overall Guild Codex Universe. It shows up as book […]

I continued to enjoy the next story in the Guild Codex Warped. I’m not sure yet where this one fits in the overall Guild Codex Universe. It definitely is somewhere in the middle of the Demonized series. The overall story arc is connected and like most urban fantasy, I would read them in order. I hope […]

Audio: Warping Minds & Other Misdemeanors by Annette Marie @AnnetteMMarie @therobj #IggyToma @TantorAudio #LoveAudiobooks

I continue to love the Guild Codex Spellbound series and its world. I keep wondering when it will merge with Guild Codex Demonized. There is a Guild Codex Universe on Goodreads which combines them for reading order. The overall story arc is connected and like most urban fantasy, I would read them in order. Warping […]
