Great lists! I absolutely LOVED The Love Hypothesis! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing yours Elizabeth! It’s so fun to see what everyone chooses.
Great lists! Project Hail Mary is going to be on my list too. It’s hard to narrow it down to ten so my list has more😁
Thanks Tammy. I cheated and did 10 books and 10 audiobooks. Even then it is very difficult.
I know what you mean. I swear there were a lot of great books I read last year
Oh wow did my wish list just increase.
Happy 2022!!!!
I know! It’s going to take me awhile to read all the lists and update the TBR. Thank you Debbie.
These look so nice! I’m a big fan of the Murderbot books but I’m a little behind. Miss Moriarty looks fantastic too- I LOVE the covers those books get as well.
Thanks Greg! We are doing covers on Wednesday too. And many of these show up there too.
See, when I read so many books by my favorite authors in one year, like Penny Reid, Meghan Quinn, it is so hard to pick a top 10! lol Great list! I’m thinking of starting a challenge for myself next year to read the books people told me I HAD to read, so I bought them, like The Love Hypothesis, for one.
It’s so hard. I cheat with also listing 10 audiobooks. I will cull more picks from everyone’s lists to add to my tbr, too!
I always love seeing everyone’s top 10 lists. By the way, everyday is a good day for chardonnay.
Thanks for sharing Laura! I love seeing all the top picks!
One of my favorite events of the year- and a dangerous one for my TBR pile and book budget. LOL
Yes exactly!
The Love Hypothesis made my year end list too. How could it not? I saw some books I previously read and LOVED up there too – One Day in December, The Flatshare, Shipped, Me Before You — KC shares many book faves with me.
That’s great. The Love Hypothesis was amazing!
I’ve read and enjoyed at least one book on each list!
Yay! I really like seeing all the lists and genres.
I haven’t made my Best of list yet, but I know The Love Hypothesis and Project Hail Mary will be on it when I do. 🙂
Yes we definitely found the good stuff this year. lol
So many have mentioned The Love Hypothesis I will have to add that to my TBR list
I see some books that I loved on these lists and I also see a lot of books that are still on my tbr! I really need to make reading The Love Hypothesis a priority!
I highly recommend The Love Hypothesis if you can get to it. There are some here that I still need to read too.
I see quite a few books that are still on my TBR List lol! Hail Mary also made my list and then Faithless in Death is on my list tomorrow 🙂
yes, half of my favorites are on the audio list. I had to create that list so I could actually have 20 favorites.
I enjoyed Project Hail Mary as well. 🙂
That was a book club pick for COYER and I wanted to read it SO badly but I was drowned with other books at the time. I WILL get to that one.
I didn’t get my act together in time to participate this year… I’m bummed. I need to plan better next year. Wild Sign and The Love Hypothesis are both in my top 10 for certain. Looking at the other lists – I also enjoyed Darynda’s book (that series is so good so far), and a few more on Sophia’s list, but I have to look at my Goodreads to see which are top 10. Maybe I’ll get a list out by the end of the year. Thanks for hosting again!
It’s no trouble to host as I want to do this rather than reviews this week to give us all a break. And this is FUN! I love to see people’s picks and will enjoy yours when you do a list. This is the 3rd year after I couldn’t find anyone else doing it in 2019 and it would be fun even without the linkups but that gets so many more great ideas and lists to see.
Those are all new to me, I haven’t read any of them.
On any list? Well then you have lots to choose from since we all read a variety of genres too.
Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood is on my want to read list. I am glad to see it made your top ten list, Anne. These are all great lists, actually. I see many somethings on every list I want to read. And several authors I have read before and enjoyed. I haven’t read any of the titles mentioned though, sadly. Oh well, more to look forward to, right?
yes! It is very very difficult to narrow down but The Love Hypothesis was an easy choice, so so great. I hope you try some favorites and enjoy them.
Anne, I also loved 4 on your list: The Love Hypothesis, Wild Sign, Say Goodbye and Uncharted. The others I’ve not read. Sophia, I can’t believe I haven’t read any on your list! Usually we overlap quite a bit. I do enjoy Darynda Jones, though.
I’ll have to link up some of my favorites in my posts next week.
That would be awesome! I’m excited to see your favorites.
Great year. I loved Project Hail Mary, too! It was so good.
I really wanted to get to it and still plan to read it.
What great lists, so many books that I loved too. And so many more to add to my TBR.
It’s tough. I could probably have 10 for each genre I love. I definitely add to my tbr.
Sophia, many thanks for including my book on your list! I’m so grateful The Year in Between brought you some joy this year — and I’m deeply honored to be in such exalted company!
It’s our pleasure that puts books on these lists. We do our best to honor the best of the best. It’s certainly tough to choose because we are avid readers.
