    • Thank you! I like the ones with outdoor things like leaves, flowers and trees. But since I do things digital I don’t see many covers. I’m lucky enough to have met the cover artist for Patricia Briggs (and Diana Rowland) at DragonCon. I have a large print of one of the Mercy Thompson covers but Burn Bright is a real favorite.

I hope your holiday was wonderful!

  1. Witchmark’s cover is really cool. That is one of those I might buy just because of the cover.

There are so many eye catching covers out there. I’ve noticed that I’m really drawn to ones with purple but I’m guilty of buying a few books on covers alone in the last year.

  2. One thing I’ve noticed is how the covers look different on the computer. I’m always thrilled at how much more they grab you in physical copies. And often they have little extra’s like texture and such that make them even more special. I also love it when you take off the book sleeve and find something special on the actual book.

    • Interesting choices. You could do the lists with us too! I’m going to do it next year as a meme or something for everyone. Have a graphics done and invite others to link up their list posts. I’m still figuring it out but I want to do it.

  3. They are all classy, well crafted covers, Anne – great choices. My favourites are How To Break an Undead Heart – love the title, too! And Witchmark – that beautiful clear blue just sings…
